Multi-Well Modules
Project Summary:
This is an ongoing (2015-2021) project in which VME has been hired to manufacture and deliver multiple prefabricated well site modules to the Permian and D.J. Basin.

Challenge:
Well-sites utilizing traditional construction methods are expensive to operate/maintain due to weather related problems, supply chain delays and lack of quality support for repairs.
VME Solution:
VME prefabricated modules are shipped to location and easily installed and commissioned – dramatically reducing the need for expensive on site welding crews.
We are currently running modular well pad programs for three major producers in the Permian and DJ Basin. We began one of these programs in 2016. This client can now receive our modularized components and mechanically construct a multi-well site in two days. Our success in supporting this client is driven by the use of an ERP/MRP manufacturing system for planning and scheduling and operating a production method of build-to-stock finished goods to meet their well pad construction schedule. Our on-time delivery performance is 100%.
