Tyler, TX: Staff Accountant

This position is responsible for performing detailed accounting and financial reporting activities in support of VME’s corporate accounting, consolidation, and special project functions. The Staff Accountant role focuses on transactional accuracy, reconciliations, documentation, and supporting schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and project execution.

Contracts Manager

This position works with the project management team and customer to manage the administration of large EPC contracts.

Interface Manager

This position will take responsibility for a project from the time it becomes a contract through completion.  Will establish a project plan, including schedules and budgets.  Build a project team and define assignments for all engineering disciplines.  Act as the primary contact for all communications with the client.  Monitor all aspects of the project in order to insure successful completion.

Procurement Lead

The Procurement Lead is responsible for overseeing procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This role involves managing procurement strategies, coordinating with suppliers, and leading a team to meet organizational goals.

QC Coordinator

This position is responsible for managing the Quality of the product to comply the Codes and Standard and project Specification requirements.

TKDN Tracker

This position monitors and tracks TKDN implementation in project execution.  This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining TKDN documentation and reporting.  Coordinates with procurement, vendors and others regarding TKDN requirements.  Ensures compliance with government TKDN regulations to client.  Supports verification process and audit preparation.  Monitors content achievements against project targets and maintains TKDN database and supporting documents.

Project Engineer

This position plays a key role in supporting the Project and Engineering teams by assisting in the execution of engineering projects and contributing to the preparation of technical documentation and project deliverables. The Project Engineer works closely with the Project Manager and senior engineers to ensure project tasks are completed according to required standards and timelines. The role provides valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real-world engineering projects while developing technical capabilities within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Senior Instrumentation Engineer

This position plays a vital role in supporting the Engineering, Business Development, and Project teams by delivering high-quality instrumentation design and detailed engineering solutions for successful project execution. The Senior Instrumentation Engineer contributes to both project development and modular fabrication coordination, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client and project requirements. The role also includes supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary engineers, fostering technical excellence and team growth.
