Challenge:
Client was experiencing malperformance from liquid carry-over and excessive chemical dosing for foaming with their separators.
VME Solution:
VME retrofitted the production vessels with cyclonic inlet devices, motion baffles, foam breaking corrugated plate pack assemblies and gas scrubbing cyclones – as well as built and supplied an added VRU scrubber with a High Efficiency Multi-Cyclonic Filter Separator.
